Use of gifts

Donations support our charitable purposes, including safety planning, crisis intervention services, long-term services, resource referrals, financial assistance programs, and individual needs for women in Florida. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, gifts are unrestricted and may be used where need is greatest within our mission.

Tax information

We are a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not give tax advice. Unless we say otherwise when you give, you receive no goods or services in return.

Payments and refunds

Card payments are processed by a third-party processor. Donations are generally final. If a charge was made in error, email info@hh-usa.org within 30 days. To stop a recurring gift, email us at least 5 business days before the next charge.

Privacy

We use your information to process the gift, send a receipt, and contact you about our work. We do not sell donor lists.
